About Disclosurely
Making it easier for people to speak up.
Disclosurely is an independent reporting platform built to help organisations listen, respond and handle sensitive concerns with confidence.
01Why we exist
A simpler approach to speaking up.
Raising a concern at work is rarely easy. People weigh up whether they will be listened to, whether anything will change and what speaking up might cost them.
The organisations they work for carry a responsibility too. When someone does come forward, there needs to be a dependable way to receive what they say, keep the conversation going and see the matter through properly.
Organisations should not need enterprise budgets, complicated implementations or lengthy sales processes to give people a safe way to raise a concern.
Some reporting tools are designed around very large programmes, with the set-up and procurement that come with them. That suits some organisations. Many others want something more straightforward: a channel people can trust, a clear place to manage what comes in, and a service they can introduce and maintain without a dedicated project team.
Disclosurely exists for them. We make practical anonymous reporting and case management accessible to organisations that want to do the right thing, without unnecessary complexity.
02What we believe
Built around a few simple beliefs.
They shape what we build, what we leave out and how we price it.
Speaking up should feel safe.
People need to know that a concern can be raised through a considered, confidential process, and that it will be taken seriously.
Doing the right thing shouldn’t be expensive.
Access to secure reporting software shouldn’t depend on having a large enterprise budget.
Good software should make difficult work easier.
Sensitive concerns call for thoughtful processes, clear workflows and tools that support the people handling them.
03The company
Independent by design.
Disclosurely is a software product of Umbrella Rank Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. It is focused on one job: helping organisations receive concerns and handle them well.
That focus lets us be deliberate about the product. We decide what to build by asking what makes reporting and case handling work better for the people involved, not by adding features for their own sake.
How we work
- Practical over elaborate
- We would rather do the essential things properly than add features that make the platform harder to run.
- Pricing you can read
- Our plans are published on our website, with no per-employee charges and a free trial to start.
- Shaped by real use
- We improve the platform through feedback from the teams who use it day to day.
- Security from the outset
- Confidentiality and data protection are considered at the start of product decisions, not added afterwards.
04Trust
Trust is built into the details.
People who use Disclosurely are often sharing something sensitive, sometimes at personal risk. We treat confidentiality and careful handling as part of the service itself, not as optional extras.
We describe what the platform does plainly and keep the technical detail in our Security Centre, so reviewers can assess the real product.
- Reporters can stay anonymous and still follow up through a protected two-way conversation.
- Report and case data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Role-based permissions limit case material to the people you authorise.
- Key access and case events are recorded in an audit log.
