Compliance Reporting & Analytics

Overview

Disclosurely gives administrators:

  • An Analytics dashboard with headline metrics, trends and breakdowns for a chosen period
  • A CSV export of the dashboard's summary metrics
  • A CSV export of the case list
  • A PDF case report for an individual case

Disclosurely does not generate compliance, board or regulator reports for you. Use the dashboard and exports to prepare those reports in your own format.

Analytics Dashboard

Access: Dashboard > Analytics. Available to administrators and organisation administrators.

Period: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days or last year. Headline metrics show the change against the previous period where there is data to compare.

Headline metrics:

  • Total reports received in the period
  • Active reports: reports that are not closed, resolved or archived
  • Average response time: the average time, in days, from a report being submitted to its most recent update
  • Resolution rate: the share of reports in the period that are closed
  • Escalation rate

Trends and breakdowns:

  • Reports received over time, by day, week or month
  • Reports by category and sub-category
  • Status breakdown
  • Cases by assigned team member
  • Secure link visibility: how often your reporting links were viewed, by link
  • Recent reports

Exports

Analytics summary (CSV): from the Analytics dashboard, export the five headline metrics (total reports, active reports, average response time, resolution rate and escalation rate) for the selected period. CSV files open in spreadsheet tools such as Excel.

Case list (CSV): export the case list with tracking ID, title, status, tags, risk level, assignee, submitted date, first-read date and closed date.

Case report (PDF): export an individual case as a PDF case report.

Not available: pre-built compliance report templates, a custom report builder, board, audit committee or executive report generators, scheduled or automated reports, external benchmarking, and PowerPoint, native Excel, XML or API exports.

Enterprise is a contact-led, custom-priced option for large or complex organisations. Reporting requirements beyond what is described here are subject to scoping and agreement as part of an Enterprise agreement. They are not part of Pro.

Preparing Your Own Reports

The dashboard and exports can support the reporting your organisation already does, for example:

  • EU Whistleblowing Directive: use case dates and statuses to review how quickly reports were acknowledged and followed up
  • Board and audit committee updates: summarise volumes, categories, resolution rate and trends for the period
  • Internal programme reviews: compare periods to see whether reporting volumes and response times are changing

You decide what to include, how to present it and who receives it.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Analytics shows aggregated figures for your organisation
  • Exports can contain case details, so review them before sharing outside the team that handles reports
  • Avoid sharing small breakdowns that could identify a reporter or the people involved
  • Only administrators and organisation administrators can open the Analytics dashboard
