Q: Is the platform end-to-end encrypted?
A: No. Disclosurely should not be described as end-to-end encrypted. The platform uses TLS in transit and server-side encryption at rest, with authorised access inside the case workflow.
Q: Can Disclosurely see my reports?
A: Authorised users within the relevant organisation can view case content according to their permissions. Disclosurely does not describe the platform as zero-knowledge.
Q: Is anonymity guaranteed?
A: Anonymous submissions do not require a reporter account, but anonymity still depends on what a reporter chooses to disclose in report content, attachments, and follow-up messages.

Q: How do I submit a report?

Q: Should I report anonymously or confidentially?
A: Anonymous reporting can reduce identity exposure. Confidential reporting may be appropriate when direct follow-up or formal HR involvement is needed.
Q: What if I lose my tracking ID or access code?
A: Anonymous reports cannot usually be recovered if the access code is lost. That is why reporters should store it safely.

A: Disclosurely is operated with UK GDPR and EU GDPR considerations in mind. Customers should assess their own legal obligations, configuration, and policy requirements when evaluating compliance.
Q: Does it meet EU Whistleblowing Directive requirements?
