Workflows (Beta)
What the Disclosurely Workflows page does today: optional assignment rules and SLA targets applied when a report is submitted. No scheduled or event-driven automation yet.
The Workflows page brings together assignment rules and SLA policies. It is available to the organisation owner and is in beta.
What runs automatically
Only one thing happens automatically: when a report is submitted, Disclosurely
- checks your assignment rules and, if one matches, assigns the report; and
- stores a target deadline from your active SLA policy.
Both steps have known limitations, described on their pages.
What does not run automatically
- No scheduled jobs act on cases (no reminders, follow-ups or overdue checks).
- No automatic escalation.
- No actions are triggered by later events, such as a status change or a new message.
- No connections to other tools. Webhooks and Zapier are coming soon.
What your team does instead
- Assign each case to a named handler and keep its status up to date.
- Use new-report email alerts so the team knows when a report arrives.
- Review open cases regularly from the dashboard and analytics.
- Use the audit trail as the record of what happened and when.
Enterprise
Enterprise is a contact-led, custom-priced option for large or complex organisations. Requirements beyond what is described here, such as custom automation or integrations, are subject to scoping and agreement as part of an Enterprise agreement. They are not part of Pro.
