Quick Start Guide

Get your Disclosurely whistleblowing platform up and running in minutes.

1. Create Your Account

  1. Visit disclosurely.com
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Enter your email and create a password
  4. Verify your email address

2. Set Up Your Organization

Basic Information

  • Organization Name: Your company or entity name
  • Industry: Select your industry sector
  • Team Size: Approximate number of employees

Configure Settings

Navigate to Settings > Organization to customize:

  • Contact information
  • Default timezone
  • Language preferences

3. Customize Your Reporting Portal

Make your reporting channel match your brand:

  1. Go to Settings > Branding
  2. Upload your logo (PNG, SVG recommended)
  3. Choose your brand colors
  4. Customize welcome messages
  5. Set up custom domain (optional)

4. Invite Your Team

  1. Navigate to Team in the dashboard
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Assign a role:
    • Admin - Full system access
    • Case Handler - Manage and respond to reports
    • Compliance Officer - View compliance data
    • Viewer - Read-only access

5. Share Your Reporting URL

Your secure reporting URL is available at:

https://yourorg.disclosurely.com/report

You can also:

  • Use your custom domain (e.g., report.yourcompany.com)
  • Embed the form on your website
  • Generate QR codes for physical locations
